PENERAPAN KUIS PADA STRATEGI QUESTIONS STUDENT HAVE TERHADAP AKTIVITAS DAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIKA SISWA DI KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 1 KOTA SOLOK

Abstract

This research aims to understand the activity and the ability of the problem solving of mathematic’s students by using a strategy QSH accompanied by quiz better than QSH without a quiz on students class VII in SMP Negeri 1 Kota Solok. The kinds of this research is research quasi experiment. The population of the research is all students VII SMPNegeri 1 Kota Solok enrolled in a lesson 2015-2016 except localand local  because they are superior. The sample technique is purposive sampling because after undergone a homogenety population by test bartlet, obtained population not homogeneous. A class elected is class as a class experiment as the number of students 44 people and class as a class control by the number of students 43 people. Analysis techniques the data used the different of two average namely the z. Based on the calculation of obtained  = 1,6855 and  = 1,64it’s means turned down and  accepted. In general seen an increase of activity. So, it can be concluded that the activity and the problem solving students who wew treatment learning strategy QSH accompanid by quiz better than QSH without a commpanied by quiz.
